The owner controls the document, including deciding what members can do with it. Owners can manually add members and other owners, and change specific policy elements, deciding which members can view, edit, and print the document.
Document members can view, edit and print that document, according to the policy settings decided by the document’s owner.
A member cannot manually add members to the document in the PROTECT menu, but they can share it in any way permitted by its owner and protection level. If a member shares a Shieldox-protected document with Outlook, the recipient will be automatically added as a member if the document’s protection rules allow it.
