Contacts and groups are saved personally for each individual Shieldox user, with some contacts shared across the entire organization. Each user owns their own address book.
To manage your address book, right click the Shieldox icon in the System tray and select Manage Contacts.
To manage your groups, right click the Shieldox icon in the System tray and select Manage Groups.
When you create a new contact, you can select whether that contact should be private, or shared with the entire organization. If a contact is shared with the organization, it will appear in the address book of any Shieldox user in the organization. If it is private, it will only appear in your address book.
